As you may remember during a storm a large branch not only broke my windshield but also bent the frame and knocked down the upholstery from the ceiling…. The minute I spoke to you on the phone convinced me that there was no need to worry. I was right. Every part of the car that was damaged has been repaired in such a way that no one would ever know how smashed it had been. The ceiling was one of my concerns because I have two overhead entertainment units for the children so it must have been much more difficult to repair but you would not know it when you look at the job that was done. Each time I take a look at my automobile that makes me appreciate more the excellent workmanship that you folks had put in. I was involved in a car crash on September 22, 2010 and a week later during the drop off I had complained to you that it was an inconvenience to climb in and out from the passenger side because I can't open the door from the driver side. Guess what, you gave instruction to your staff to drill hole so that I can open it and you also mounted a temporary left side mirror because the old one was broken. You did all that out of kindness and courtesy. At the time I picked it up, I could hardly believe my very eyes for it looks brand new and my mother said that they even cleaned the interior as well.
